		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more.  The notable think that I found when my diet switched from food that had in some way (or entirely) been pre-processed to one that was almost entirely from raw ingredients was how much better food tasted, it was a revelation!

Just like you say, I had previously bought convenience food and ate it in front of the TV (although I didn&#039;t have a dining room table at the time), quick and easy.  One day I was eating a sausage and mash microwave meal (I used to eat 3+ microwave meals a week at this time) and actually thought about what I tasting and realised that I wasn&#039;t.  The food didn&#039;t taste of anything and I was in such a rush that I just hadn&#039;t noticed.  From that point on I have eaten far better than I ever had and I&#039;d never go back to the pre-processed diet as it just not food, it&#039;s not nice.</description>
